Flower Girl's Bolero - Snowdrops

This pretty flower girls' bolero pattern is:
  • A nice quick project for knitters of all levels.
  • Ideal for beginners for a little bit of circular knitting.
INTRODUCTION
This bolero has a basic raglan design with a simple flower motif. The bell frill edging is worked in round at the end. Only a straight forward flat knitting plus circular knitting which does not involve any magic loop method are used.

Sizes
1-2 years [3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years] (see the diagram below for the measurements)


Skill Level & Techniques Required:
Easy

Basic knitting knowledge is required to make this pattern.

Needles and Notions:
1 x 3.5 mm circular needles
1 x 4 mm straight or circular needles
2 x stitch markers


Yarn Used:
2 [2*, 3, 3] balls of Jamieson’s of Shetland DK yarn (Natural white 104).
* For size 3-4 years, you may need a third ball depending on your gauge. 2 balls were just enough to complete this size. If you are not sure, then BO on row 11 when you make frills.
1 ball = 25g, 75m (82 yd)
